  • Conditions for its correct conservation.

  • Identification of the name and address of the company (manufacturer or packer, or seller of the U.E.). 
  • Identification of the manufacturing batch, if applicable. (It is not necessary, if the expiration date says the day and month).
  • If the product does not come from the European Community, you must indicate the place of origin.
Labeling on nutritional properties:
Labeling on nutritional properties will be mandatory when the label, presentation or advertising includes the mention that the product has nutritional properties.

The label must inform about its content in: energy value and nutrients Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, dietary fiber, sodium, vitamins and mineral salts.

This information should appear grouped in tabular or linear form and, if space permits, with the figures in a column, and should appear in a visible place.

For legal purposes of labeling and labeling, it is not considered packaging, if the action was carried out in the presence of the buyer. One of the advantages that it presents for the purchase is that it avoids the intervention of the seller and also, through the label, it must inform us of the characteristics of the product. Claims:
All establishments that sell goods or provide services in Andalusia, have the obligation to make available to the customer upon request the BOOK OF CLAIMS SHEETS.
